Kentor Gold Limited is an Australian-based company engaged in the exploration and development of gold and base metals projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Company operates in two segments: Development Projects, which consists of projects that are in the process of being developed and the Exploration Projects, which includes those projects that are in the exploration and evaluation phase. In July 2011 Kentor Gold commenced exploration and development of gold and other base metals projects in Western Australia and the Northern. The Andash Gold-Copper Project is located in the north-west of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the great Tien Shan gold belt. Andash has a JORC Ore Reserve of 539,730 ounces gold and 63,486 tons copper, included within a Resource of 19.2 million tons @ 1.1 g/t gold and 0.4% copper for 679,023 ounces gold and 77,300 tons copper. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it incorporated Kentor Energy Pty Ltd. On April 27, 2011, it acquired Jinka Minerals Limited.
