On August 11, 2011,IOOF Holdings Limited has ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company. On August 25, 2011, it sold 50% interest in the King of Prussia shopping mall. In December 2011, it sold 75% interest in the Chelmsford Meadows Unit Trust.
