The Company investment objective is to seek long-term capital growth by investing in listed international and Australian companies. As of June 30, 2012, the Company's principal activity was the investment into a minimum of 20 listed international and Australian companies, perceived by Magellan Asset Management Limited, its investment manager. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, the Company�s investments included Wells Fargo and Co, Visa Inc, McDonalds, US Bancorp, CME Group Inc, Procter & Gamble, Google, American Express and China Mobile Limited. Magellan Asset Management Limited is the investment manager of the Company.
