MACA Limited (MACA) is engaged in the contracting of mining and civil services to the mining and resources industry. MACA operates in two business segment and one geographical segment: contract Civil Services and contract mining services to the mining industry throughout Australia. The Company provides open pit contracting services, including loading and hauling, drilling and blasting, crushing and screening and civil works. The Company�s mining projects include Garden Well - Regis Resources, Moolart Well - Regis Resources, Peculiar Knob - Arrium Ltd (OneSteel), Mt Dove - Atlas Iron, Pardoo - Atlas Iron, Koolanooka - Sinosteel / Midwest Corporation, Ellendale - Kimberley Diamonds, Plutonic - Barrick Gold, Laverton - Crescent Gold and Magellan - Magellan Metals. The Company�s civil projects include Mt Dove - Atlas Iron and Wheatbelt Roadworks. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012, MACA acquired a further interest in Riverlea Corporation Pty Ltd.
