Stonewall Resources Limited, formerly Meridien Resources Limited, is a gold exploration company. The Company owns 100% interest in Lucky Draw Tailings Dam. The Lucky Draw tailings dam is located 1.3 kilometer northeast of the Lucky Draw gold mine. Springfield is situated approximately 220 kilometer north west of Sydney and lies between the towns of Gulgong and Mudgee. The tenement covers 70 square kilometer and is located in the upper catchment of the Gulgong alluvial goldfield. Mount David is centered approximately 17 kilometer north-northeast (NNE) of Burraga and 40 kilometer south of Bathurst in the Central Tablelands region of New South Wales (NSW). The tenement covers an area of approximately 128 square kilometer and lies in the prospective Ordovician volcanics. The Weelah Tenement (150 square kilometer) covers an area of the Cowal Volcanics and a splay of the locally mineralised Gilmore Suture.
