On March 1, 2012, Southern Cross Telco Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of M2, acquired selected business assets of Time Telecom Pty Ltd. On June 1, 2012, it acquired Primus Telecom Holdings Pty Ltd. In May 2013, the Company acquired Dodo Australia Holdings Pty Ltd.
