Nucoal Resources Limited, is engaged in the exploration drilling and environmental baseline studies at the Doyles Creek Underground Mine and Training School Project. The Company owns Doyles Creek coal project located in the Hunter Valley in New South Wales, Australia. It is situated in the Hunter Valley coalfield, near the town of Jerrys Plains and adjacent to several horse studs. The Doyles Creek tenement is EL 7270. The tenement has a surface area of approximately 27 square kilometers. The Company owns 100% of Dellworth Pty Ltd (Dellworth). Dellworth holds two exploration licences (EL 6812 and EL 6594). During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), a total of 11 holes were drilled within the Doyles Creek tenement area and 12 holes were drilled at Dellworth Project. On September 29, 2011, the Company announced the completion of the 100% acquisition of Dellworth Pty Ltd (Dellworth).
