The Company�s Coalmining segment is engaged in activities, including exploration, development, production and processing. Its Marketing and logistics segment is engaged in transport infrastructure and marketing activities. The Company�s Treasury and investments segment is engaged in activities, including cash, held to maturity investments and available for sale financial assets. During the fiscal year ended July 31, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company produced 6.29 million tones clean coal. During fiscal 2012, the Company acquired Northern Energy Corporation Limited.
