Neptune Marine Services Limited (Neptune) is a provider of commercial diving, hydrographic surveying, positioning and geophysical services, non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection services, pipeline stabilization and grouting, remotely operated vehicle (ROV) services, subsea and pipeline engineering, manufacturing, assembly and testing services, dry underwater welding using the Company�s NEPSYS technology, and project management. The Company�s primary focus is the offshore oil and gas sector. These services are provided through the two divisions of Offshore Services and Engineering Services to the offshore oil and gas, marine and renewable energy industries, and are regionally spread between Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea (ANP); Europe, the Mediterranean and Africa (EMA), and Asia and the Middle East (AME). In April 2013, Blossomvale Investments Pte Ltd completed its tender offer to acquire the remaining 80.49% interest in Neptune Marine Services Ltd.
