Orpheus Energy Limited is engaged in acquiring, exploring and developing coal projects in Indonesia and Australia. In March 2012, the Company secured a 50% interest in the Company�s Joint Venture partner PT Mega Coal�s ADK operating coal mine located in South Kalimantan, Indonesia. B26 is located in East Kalimantan, 100 kilometer from Balikpapan and has a total exploration target of 2.8 million tons to 4.5 million tons of high grade thermal coal with some coking coal potential. B34 Project located 60 kilometer west of B26, the B34 project consists of 8,000 hectares. The Papua projects located within 40 kilometer from the coast, Orpheus has a 50% interest in four prospective blocks in Papua. On August 10, 2011, the Company acquired 100% of Orpheus Energy Group Pty Ltd from Coalworks Limited. On November 11, 2011, the Company acquired 51% of interest of PT. Pola Andhika Realtor (Indonesia). On October 26, 2011, it acquired 51% of interest of PT. Berkah Bhumi Abadi (Indonesia).
