Om Holdings Limited (OMH) is a Bermuda-based investment holding company. The Company operates in three segments: Mining, which includes exploration and mining of manganese ore; Processing, which includes production of manganese ferroalloys and manganese sinter ore, and Marketing and trading, which includes trading of manganese ore, manganese ferroalloys and sinter ore, chrome ore and iron ore. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, OM (Manganese) Ltd, OMH controls 100% of the Bootu Creek Manganese Mine (Bootu Creek) located 110 kilometer north of Tennant Creek in the Northern Territory. OMH holds a 26% interest in Ntsimbintle Mining (Proprietary) Ltd, which holds a 50.1% interest in the Tshipi Borwa manganese project in South Africa. The Company�s revenues are generated from the sale of ore and ferroalloy products. As of December 31, 2011, the Bootu Creek produced 1,000,000 tons of manganese products annually. Bootu Creek�s manganese product is marketed by OMH�s trading division.
