The Waterberg Coal Company Limited, formerly Range River Gold Limited, is an Australia-based company. The principal activity of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Opus Exploration Pty Ltd, during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 (fiscal 2011), was the mining and exploration of gold within Australia. On April 21, 2011, the Company was placed into voluntary administration. During fiscal 2011, the Company produced 13,251 ounces of gold at Mt Morgans. On April 21, 2011, the Mt Morgans operation was placed into care and maintenance. Activities at Indee joint venture near Hedland were also suspended with the announcement of the Company entering into voluntary administration.
