Sovereign Gold Company Limited (Sovereign) is an exploration and development company. The Sovereign Project Tenements are centered on the town of Uralla, and are located 21 kilometers southwest of Armidale in the New England district of New South Wales. The area is supported by existing infrastructure, road, rail, power and engineering. As of September 17, 2010, the Rocky River-Uralla Goldfield was covered by EL 7491 and by EL 6483. The property comprises two exploration licenses: EL 6483 and EL 7491 covering 600 square kilometers and two EL applications: ELA 4053 and ELA 4065, also covering 600 square kilometers. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries holding title to the exploration licenses and exploration license applications, such as EL 6483-Biacil, EL 7491-Micksture, and ELA 4053 and ELA 4065 - Uralla Gold. In April 2013, it acquired 93.91% interest in Gossan Hill Gold Limited.
