SomnoMed Limited is engaged in the commercialization of the SomnoDent MAS and other oral devices for sleep related disorders in Australia and worldwide. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, the Company manufactures and designs a range of oral appliances for the treatment of Sleep Disordered Breathing (SDB), relieving such conditions as Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Bruxism (Teeth Grinding). The Company operates in 20 countries throughout the world through its wholly owned subsidiaries in Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Japan, United States and Europe. The Company�s subsidiaries include SomCentre Pty Limited, SomnoMed Inc., SomnoDebt Pty Limited, SumnoMed Pte Ltd, SumnoMed AG and SumnoMed Corporation Japan. On November 30, 2012, the Company acquired business of Orthosom in France. In December 2012, it acquired the business of MAS Nordic in Stockholm, Sweden.
