Tabcorp Holdings Limited (Tabcorp) is engaged in the provision of leisure and entertainment services (particularly in relation to gambling). The Company operates in four business segments: Wagering, which is engaged in the totalisator and fixed odds betting activities; Media & International, which is engaged in the national and international broadcasting of racing and sporting events; Gaming, which is engaged in electronic gaming machine operations in licensed hotels and clubs, and Keno, which includes Keno operations in licensed clubs and hotels within Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. The Demerger of Echo Entertainment Group Limited from Tabcorp, which was implemented on June 15, 2011, resulted in Tabcorp retaining its wagering, gaming and keno businesses while Echo Entertainment Group Limited holds the casinos business previously held by Tabcorp. As of August 24, 2012, National Australia Bank Limited and its associated entities ceased to be holder in Tabcorp.
