Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory Company Holdings Limited (WCB) is an Australia-based company. The Company operates in three segments: Commodities, Consumer goods and Other. Commodities consist of dairy products, cheese, skim milk powder, butter, cream and whey protein concentrate which are manufactured in Australia and sold in domestic and export markets to wholesale customers. Consumer goods consist of branded products sold for retail sale, namely Sungold and Great Ocean Road (packaged milk), Enprocal (nutritional products) and Warrnambool and Great Ocean Road (cheese products). Other consists of revenue generating units that do not relate to either commodities or retail segments. The Company has a 50% interest in Great Ocean Ingredients Pty Ltd. In April 2013, Murray Goulburn Co-operative Co Ltd acquired a 14.5% stake in Warrnambool Cheese & Butter Factory Co Holdings Ltd.
