The Company’s principal mineral property assets are located in the Northwest Territories. The Company’s exploration property assets include The Eldorado and Contact Lake IOCG and Uranium Properties, Port Radium-Glacier Lake Mineral Claims and Eldorado South Project. The Company’s property interests consist of 47,199.77 hector (116,633.17 acres), situated in the Eldorado/Port Radium/Contact Lake area, McKenzie Mining District. The Company holds 100% undivided right, title and interest, subject to a 2% NSR in four mineral claims, totaling 2,520.78 hectors (6,229.00 acres) (the Glacier Lake Mineral Claims) located one mile east of Port Radium on Great Bear Lake.
