Augusta Resource Corporation (Augusta) is engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Pima County, Arizona. Augusta’s property is in the development stage. As of December 31, 2008, the Company’s property was non-productive and did not generate any revenues. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company drilled 20 core holes. During 2008, the Company completed groundwater monitoring well system around Rosemont project site.
