Advance SCT Limited (ASCT) is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, operates as a global copper supply chain manager. The Company provides a complete copper material solution from global sourcing and processing to eventual global sales, and distribution of copper materials and related products. Its copper supply chain management business had evolved from its original business of providing printed circuit board (PCB) testing and finishing services to PCB manufacturers who consume and generate copper-related materials in the course of their business. The Company’s subsidiaries include SCT Technologies Pte Ltd, SCT Technologies (HK) Limited, SCT (Thailand) Co Ltd, SCT Innodea Co. Ltd and SCT (China) Pte Ltd, among others. On March 11, 2008, the Company acquired Everglory Logistics Pte Ltd. On January 22, 2009, the Company disposed of its interests in TTM Industries (M) Sdn Bhd and Tsing Technology Sdn Bhd.
