Aberdeen Israel Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end fund. The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing in equity securities of Israeli companies. The Fund has adopted a policy to invest under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the value of its assets in investments, which are tied economically to Israel. Aberdeen Asset Management Investment Services Limited is the Fund�s Investment Adviser.
