Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. (Hallmark) is an insurance holding company. The Company offers commercial insurance, specialty commercial insurance and personal insurance in selected market subcategories. It focuses on marketing, distributing, underwriting and servicing casualty insurance products that require underwriting. It markets, distributes, underwrites and services its property/casualty insurance products primarily through five business units, standard commercial business unit primarily handles standard commercial insurance, workers comp business unit is in small and middle market workers compensations, E&S commercial business unit concentrates on excess and surplus lines commercial insurance, General Aviation business unit handles in aviation insurance, Excess & Umbrella business unit handles automobile and commercial umbrella risks and personal lines business unit focuses on non-standard personal automobile insurance and personal insurance products and services.
