Description

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (Level 3), incorporated in December 10, 1985, is a facilities-based provider of a range of integrated communications services. The Company has created its communications network by constructing its own assets and through a combination of purchasing other companies and purchasing or leasing facilities from others. Its network is an international, facilities-based communications network. It provides communications services to a range of wholesale and enterprise customers.
