Austock Group Limited is a diversified investment and financial services company. The Company is a pooled development fund that invests in and develops financial services businesses. Its segments comprises: corporate and securities, investment management and benefit funds. The corporate and securities segment provides an integrated range of stockbroking, research and corporate advisory services in the equity capital markets for growth enterprises. The investment management segment provides specialized investment management services in direct and indirect property funds management; and life insurance-based products within a tax paid investment environment. The benefit funds segment covers the operating performance of the underlying benefit funds in the Austock Life business. In May 2009, the Company sold its asset management business, which encompasses the Austock High Yield Fund and the Austock Australian Equity Fund.
