CEZ, as is a joint stock company engaged in the production of electricity in the Czech Republic. The main activity of CEZ is the sale of electricity, generated in its own facilities, and the related provision of power system ancillary services. The core business also includes the generation, distribution and sale of heat. The CEZ Group operates various types of power plants: nuclear, coal, hydro, and solar. The CEZ Group covers a range of business activities: energy generating facilities, telecommunication services, as well as research and development.
