Its customer base consists primarily of United States postsecondary education clients, which accounted for approximately 55% of its total revenues during the year ended December 31, 2008. The Company also sells to international postsecondary clients, which accounted for approximately 17% of its total revenues for 2008. United States K-12 education clients accounted for approximately 12% of its total revenues during 2008. In May 2009, the Company acquired ANGEL Learning, Inc. In July 2009, the Company acquired Terriblyclever Design, LLC.
