The Company�s products, which are sold to customers is distributed by DSD Distribution, C & G store networks and online availability, which is handled by the Federal Express and the United States Mail. The Company uses all inclusive contract packaging. The Company focuses to build KOMA UNWIND and Potencia brands. In April 2011, the Company formed subsidiary BeBevCo Holdings LLC. In October 2012, it formed of a wholly owned subsidiary in the New York metropolitan area for the distribution of BeBevCo's products including including KOMA UNWIND Liquid Relaxation and Relax 5 shots. In April 2013, Bebida Beverage Co acquired a 40% stake in The Kudzu Agency.
