As of December 31, 2008, its portfolio of investments included Veris plc, which is engaged in facilities management and property services; Siteserv plc, which is engaged in construction services; Club Company Holdings Limited, which is engaged in the leisure industry; CJ Fallon, Kall Kwik (UK) Ltd and Prontaprint Limited, which are engaged in publishing and printing; ART Holdings Limited, which is engaged in the retail industry, and RQB Limited, which is a property syndicator. In December 2008, it acquired 60% interest in Synchrony Healthcare Ltd. During the year ended December 31, 2008, it acquired a 60% interest in Synchrony Properties Limited.
