BioForm Medical, Inc. (BioForm) is a medical aesthetics company focused on developing and commercializing products that are used by physicians to enhance a patient’s appearance. The Company’s product is RADIESSE, an injectable dermal filler designed to provide aesthetic improvement for patients.
