Enel Green Power SpA is an Italy-based Company active in the development and management of energy generation from renewable sources. The Company is listed on the Italian (Milan) and Spanish (Madrid) stock exchanges. Enel Green Power SpA is a subsidiary of Enel SpA. It announced that it brought five new plants online in the last days of December 2011.
