ERG SpA is an Italy-based company engaged in the petroleum and energy sector. The Company operates in four business sectors: Coastal Refining, through ERG Raffinerie Mediterranee SpA, which acquires and processes crude oil, and sells refined products on the cargo market; Integrated Downstream, through ERG Petroli SpA, active in marketing of petroleum products, principally in Italy through its retail and wholesale network; Thermoelectric Power Generation, through ERG Power & Gas SpA, which is active in the production and sale of thermoelectric power, steam and gas, and Renevable Energy Sources, through ERG Renew SpA, which generates electricity from renewable sources. ERG SpA has also a number of indirect subsidiaries, including Gestioni Europa SpA, Gestioni Europa Due SpA, Ecopower Srl, Sodai Italia SpA, ERG Petroleos SA, ERG Nuove Centrali SpA and ERG Eolica Italia Srl, among others.
