The Bank of Kentucky Financial Corporation (BKFC) is a bank holding company. BKFC, through The Bank of Kentucky, Inc. (the Bank), is engaged banking business in Kentucky. The Bank provides a variety of community-oriented consumer and commercial financial services to customers throughout Northern Kentucky. The principal business activity of the Bank consists of accepting consumer and commercial deposits, and using such deposits to fund residential and non-residential real estate loans and commercial, consumer, construction and land development loans. The Bank’s primary market area for both loans and deposits includes Boone, Kenton and Campbell counties and parts of Grant and Gallatin counties in Northern Kentucky and also greater Cincinnati, Ohio.
