Bridgeline’s iAPPS product suites are SaaS (software as a service) solutions that unify content management, analytics, e-commerce and e-marketing capabilities. In July 2008, Indigio Group, Inc. (Indigio) merged into Bridgeline, expanding Bridgeline Software’s presence into Denver, Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. In July 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Indigio. In February 2008, the Company announced that Tenth Floor, Inc. has merged into Bridgeline. On January 31, 2008, Bridgeline acquired Tenth Floor, Inc.
