MacDonald Mines Exploration Ltd. is engaged in the identification, acquisition, and exploration of mineral properties. The Company controls over 1,050 square kilometers of exploration mineral leases covering major mineralized belts in the James Bay Lowlands, Northern Ontario. Of the 88,816 hectares of exploration mineral leases, the Company owns 25,104 hectares and 63,712 hectares through joint venture. In August 2009, the Company reacquired a 100% interest in its Big Mac Property that was previously joint ventured with White Pine Resources.
