The Company’s principal business is to serve as a holding company for Redding Bank of Commerce (the Bank), Roseville Bank of Commerce and Bank of Commerce Mortgage (the Mortgage Company), and other banking or banking-related subsidiaries. It also has two unconsolidated subsidiaries, Bank of Commerce Holdings Trust and Bank of Commerce Holdings Trust II. The Bank operates four service branches in Redding, and Roseville, California. The Bank conducts a general commercial banking business in the counties of El Dorado, Placer, Shasta, Sacramento, and Tehama, California. The services offered by the Bank include checking, interest-bearing (NOW) and savings accounts, money market deposit accounts; commercial, real estate, and construction loans, and travelers checks, safe deposit boxes, collection services and electronic banking activities.
