In April 2008, the Company launched suprax 400 milligram tablets (Cefixime USP) in the United States. In July 2008, the Company acquired Hormosan Pharma GmbH. In September 2008, the Company acquired a majority stake in Pharma Dynamics (PD) in South Africa. In March 2009, Lupin Limited announced the completion of acquisition of a majority stake in Multicare Pharmaceuticals Philippines, Inc.
