Jet Airways (India) Limited is a holding company. The Company is a scheduled airline with domestic and international operations. The Company operates into two business segments: Air Transportation and Leasing of Aircraft. The geographic segment consists of domestic (air transportation within India) and international (air transportation outside India). As of March 31, 2012, its Gulf network operated 44 daily flights between India and the Middle East. As of March 31, 2012, its airlines flew to 22 international destinations. The Company has a Frequent Flyer Program named Jet Privilege. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had a fleet of 102 aircraft, which consisted of 10 Boeing 777-300 ER aircraft, 12 Airbus A330-200 aircraft, 60 Next Generation Boeing 737-700/800/900/900ER aircraft and 20 ATR 72-500 Turboprop aircraft. In November 2013, Etihad Airways PJSC acquired a 24% stake of Jet Airways (India) Ltd.
