GTL Limited (GTL) is a Network Services company. GTL offer services and solutions to address the Network Life Cycle requirements of Telecom Carriers and Technology providers (OEMs). The Company operates in two segments: Network Services and Power Distribution Franchise, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC). Network Services consists of network planning and design, network deployment, professional services, energy management, operational and maintenance and infrastructure management. Power Distribution Franchise, and EPC consists of power project - EPC and power distribution franchise. It operates in six regions: the United States, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Africa and South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC). It provides energy management solutions to telecom operators and telecom tower companies. As of March 31, 2012, GTL had operation across 40 countries worldwide.
