Zuari Global Limited, formerly Zuari Industries Limited, is an India-based company. The Company is the manufacturer of chemical fertilizers. The Company is also into trading business of complex and water soluble fertilizers and seeds. It caters to the farmers all over the country, through its Jaikisaan brand of fertilizers. It has three segments: Fertilizer, Engineering services and Others. Fertilizer Segment includes manufacturing of and trading in fertilizers, seeds and pesticides. Engineering services segment includes technology, basic engineering, detailed engineering, Project Management, Procurement and Construction services in the Engineering and Contracting sector. Others Segment include provision of Terminalling services, furniture and other immaterial. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, the Company divested its interest in Zuari Seeds Limited, Zuari Rotem Speciality Fertilisers Limited, Zuari Maroc Phosphotes Limited and Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited.
