S Mobility Limited, formerly Spice Mobility Limited is a mobile devices company. The Company operates in two segments: mobile devices and services. The Company is primarily engaged in the trading and manufacturing of mobile handsets, information technology (IT) products and their accessories and the information and communication technology business providing services, mobile content and roaming management services to the telecom operators. It also undertakes development and sale of telecom related software. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Company acquired 100% holding in Kimaan Exports Private Limited, Beoworld Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia, Spice VAS Kenya Limited, and had subscribed for 75% shares of Spice VAS Uganda Limited. In July 2012, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, S Mobile Devices Limited, and through its wholly owned subsidiary, Hindustan Retail Private Limited, it acquired Spice Online Retail Private Limited.
