B.A.G Films & Media Ltd. is an integrated media company. The Company has five main business segments: Audio-Visual Production, Movies, Leasing, FM Radio and Television Broadcasting. It has 10 frequency modulation (FM) radio stations by the name of DHAMAAL24 at 106.4 FM through its subsidiary, B.A.G. Infotainment Limited, in the cities of Hissar, Karnal, Patiala, Shimla, Muzaffarpur, Ranchi, Jabalpur, Jalgaon, Dhule and Ahmadnagar, out of which nine stations are operational. As of March 31, 2009, it had produced three feature films. Through its subsidiary, B.A.G. Newsline Network Limited, it has launched News24, an around-the-clock national Hindi free-to-air news channel, and has launched E24, an around-the-clock Bollywood entertainment channel through its subsidiary, B.A.G. Glamour Limited. The Company provides media education through its media school, International School of Media & Entertainment Studies (iSOMES), in collaboration with Missouri School, based in the United States.
