The Bank engages in general commercial and retail banking business, catering to the needs of small to medium-sized businesses, professional concerns and individuals in the greater Richmond metropolitan region, with a primary focus on an area within a 25-mile radius of the Bank's main office in Midlothian, Virginia. Its other branch offices are located within the general area (less than 15 miles radius) of the main office and are located in Chesterfield County and Henrico County, Virginia. In January 2008, the Bank opened its fifth branch located in Henrico County, Virginia.
