Biopack Environmental Solutions Inc. (Biopack Environmental Solutions) develops, manufactures, distributes and markets bio-degradable food containers and disposable industrial packaging for consumer products. The Company supplies its biodegradable food containers and industrial packaging products to multinational corporations, supermarket chains and restaurants located across North America, Europe and Asia. It manufactures its products in its own factory, known as Biopark, which is located in Jiangmen City in the Peoples Republic of China (PRC). As of December 31, 2008, the Company’s product line-up of food containers and industrial packaging products include plates, bowls, boxes, trays, shoe supporters and cases for electronic devices. The Company is focused to fabricate any of these or other items to meet customer-specific requirements, including shape, size, color, density and the degree, to which they are impervious to oil and water.
