Boralex Power Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended trust that indirectly owns 10 power generating stations with a total installed capacity of 190 megawatts (MW). Eight of these power stations are located in Quebec, Canada, and two are in the State of New York in the United States. The Fund’s power stations are grouped under three segments: Hydroelectric power, Wood-residue thermal power and Natural gas cogeneration power, and are engaged in the production of energy. A hydroelectric power station has a total installed capacity of 96 MW. Wood-residue cogeneration power station has an installed capacity of 28 MW. Wood-residue thermal power station has an installed capacity of 35 MW. Natural gas cogeneration power station has an installed capacity of 31 MW.
