Hasbro, Inc. (Hasbro) offers play and personal entertainment solutions particularly to children and generally to families through its multiple brands. The range of offerings includes from toys and games to television programming, motion pictures, digital gaming and a comprehensive licensing program. The Company, on its product category, markets its brands under the product segments, boys, games, girls and preschool toys. The U.S. and Canada segment is engaged on marketing and sale of the Company’s product categories in the United States and Canada. The International segment markets and sells the Company’s product categories to retailers and wholesalers, primarily, in most countries in Europe, Latin and South America. The Entertainment and Licensing segment includes lifestyle licensing, digital gaming, television and movie entertainment operations.
