Beijing Yanjing Brewery Co., Ltd. (Yanjing Brewery) is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of beer. The Company also offers mineral water, raw material of beer, feedstuff, yeast and plastic boxes. Northern China and southern China are top two domestic markets of the Company. The Company offers its products principally under the brand name of Yanjing, Liquan, Huiquan and Xuelu. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company produced and sold out 4.01 million kiloliters of beer.
