Communications Systems, Inc. (CSI) provides physical connectivity infrastructure products and services for global deployments of broadband networks. The Company is principally engaged through its Suttle, Inc. (Suttle) subsidiary and business unit in the manufacture and sale of modular connecting and wiring devices for voice and data communications, digital subscriber line filters, and structured wiring systems and through its Transition Networks, Inc. (Transition Networks) subsidiary and business unit in the manufacture and sale of core media conversion products for telecommunications networks. Through its JDL Technologies, Inc. (JDL Technologies) subsidiary and business unit, CSI provides IT solutions, including network design, computer infrastructure installations, IT service management, change management, network security and network operation services. The Company classifies its businesses into three segments: Suttle, Transition Networks and JDL Technologies.
