Description

The Cooper Companies, Inc. (Cooper), is a global medical device company. The Company operates through two business units, CooperVision, Inc. (CVI) and CooperSurgical, Inc. (CSI). CooperVision is a global manufacturer providing products for contact lens wearers. CooperSurgical focuses on supplying women's health clinicians with products and treatment options to improve the delivery of healthcare to women. CooperSurgical products fall into three main segments based on the point of healthcare delivery: Hospital, Office and Fertility Clinic. CooperVision develops, manufactures and markets a range of monthly, two-week and single-use contact lenses, featuring advanced materials and optics. CooperVision is involved in correcting vision problems such as astigmatism, presbyopia and ocular dryness, and provides innovative contact lens solutions. The CooperVision Company’s brands include Biofinity, Avaira and MyDay and CooperSurgical Company’s brands include Advincula Arch, SeeClear and Mobius.
