The Company is organized into four business segments: the Core Segment, which includes Rubber Blacks and the Supermetals Businesses, the Performance Segment, the New Business Segment and the Specialty Fluids Segment. It is organized into three geographic regions: The Americas, which includes North and South America; Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific, including China.
