Community Bank System, Inc. is a single bank holding company. The Company with its wholly own subsidiaries includes Community Bank, N.A. (CBNA), Benefit Plans Administrative Services, Inc., CFSI Closeout Corp., First of Jermyn Realty Company, Inc. and Town & Country Agency LLC. The Company operates in three segments: banking, employee benefit services and wealth management services. CBNA operates the banking segment that provides service banking to consumers, businesses and governmental units. Employee benefit services, which includes BPAS, Harbridge and HB&T provides employee benefit trust, collective investment fund, retirement plan administration, actuarial, VEBA/HRA and health and welfare consulting services. Wealth management services activities include trust services provided by the personal trust unit within the Bank, investment and insurance products and services provided by CISI and CBNA Insurance and asset management provided by Nottingham.
