The Company operates in two segments: Specialized Manufacturing segment and Electronic Manufacturing Services segment. Its products include specialty tapes, laminates, sealants and coatings that are sold by its salespeople, manufacturers' representatives and distributors. On September 4, 2009, Chase acquired C.I.M. Industries Inc. In August 2009, the Company sold its Northeast Quality Products (NEQP), a specialty custom label printing business to Label Tech, Inc. In June 2009, it sold West Bridgewater, MA Property to ChaseBay Real Estate Holdings, Inc.
